Pureindollgence is an online retailer of porcelain dolls, vinyl dolls, reborn dolls and dollmaking supplies and a variety of other collectable items of interest. We are located in the suburb of Butler in the Shire of Wanneroo in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. Due to the nature of our business being online, all of our products are available to potential shoppers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days per year.
The idea for the Pureindollgence store came to me back in 2003 when I was working as a retail manager in a local store. We sold a variety of porcelain dolls but I was constantly asked by customers for all sorts of dolls that were not offered in the store. Dolls such as African American, Native American and other ethnic dolls, and for dolls by various popular doll companies like The Ashton-Drake Galleries, Paradise Galleries, Madame Alexander, Florence Maranuk, Lee Middleton, Marie Osmond, Robert Tonner, Masterpiece Dolls and Franklin Mint dolls.
The problem was, most of these doll companies are based in the United States and importing the dolls into Australia can be an expensive proposition. So together with my husband, we set out to find ways to use freight forwarders and other various services in an attempt to bring the dolls here into Australia for the lowest possible cost, so we could offer them to our customers at reasonable retail prices. However, even using the most efficient shipping methods, the cost of shipping, import duties and GST usually far exceeds the price of the doll itself.
In the past year or two, the market for collectible dolls has really dropped off quite a bit, while the market for reborn dolls and reborn dollmaking supplies has increased. Being an avid reborn doll artist myself, I decided to carry a range of reborn dollmaking supplies now in our online store. We also carry a large range of baby clothes for babies ranging from newborns to toddlers since these also double as doll clothes for use in reborn dolls and dollmaking.

The only thing we can not do is refund any postage you may have paid, since that is paid to Australia Post as a separate service.
